It is looking great. It is a shame your not happy with the seat as that one was not cheap. Something to consider to help with the ride is a lower tyre pressure all round and a weight in the bin. At last years Rusty Iron Rally another member bought a dumpy along and he had a great lump of blue metal in the bin. He sprayed it GOLD in colour and had some eye bolts fixed into the rock. It sure looked good. We have a blue metal quarry about 20klm down the road from us or I can borrow a lump of sandstone from the forrest and do something similar but the weight over the front axle also gave it traction on uphill drives especially if it has some dew on it. I had to reverse up at a pace to do the same.

Ha Cobbadog, I have plenty of heavy junk I can put in the tipper if needed! Can't wait to get to that stage!!

Finally got the engine and gearbox painted...

For anyone that's interested, the paint colour is G12 Holly Green. It's the closest I could get to the original Brunswick Green here in Australia.

Fitted the new air, oil and fuel filters. Changed the engine (15W40) and gearbox oil (80w90).

In she goes...

Beautiful work Andy and posting the filter branda and numbers are a big help to others as well.
As for the paint Light, Mid and Deep Brunswick Green are readily available even in pressure packs. I used the Deep or Dark Brunswick a long time back to tidy up the Model 1 Victa "Goat". Since then I have a proper code in 2 pak now which is far better.

Well done you have made a real good job of it.
