Unfortunately I cannot help with where to source clutch parts. Some years ago I obtained some engine gaskets etc from mead plant, email address then was info@meadplant.com

Any brake shop would be able to re line your shoes and even bond oversize linings if required. As for the spring use Google to source a local spring manufacturer in the UK. One will turn up and you will be good to go.
I haven't seen a brake drum used as a clutch system before, even in the vintage tractors that we have.

Has anyone a picture of the clutch arm that fits into the thrust bearing .This is what's on mine when i bought it . It's a home made plug welded onto the arm is it right or wrong as i cant find a reference to the clutch arm on the net. Thanks again for your input Paul
