Has anybody more information about the Wakefield Dumper?

This Dumper was manufactured in Germany by KLAUS Fahrzeugbau, Memmingen.

The first machine sounds like a British name but looks like a re badge of the German machine?

Yes Pete,
I'm sure there was an American outfit that made Wakefield graders, I wonder if there's any link.

I found in an Book: "The Klaus Dumper (Autoschaufler) was built under the license of the English company Wakefield in Germany."
