The layout looks like like something from the 50s or perhaps 60s but the skip and tin work look too modern. Some resemblances to the Winget Sanderson range??

Interesting and to me it looks like an old BMC 2.2 diesel with the indirect glow plugs perhaps someone else might know more.

The wheels suggest JCB.

Yes Pete a BMC diesel and Yes Rob I must agree it has that certain JCB style about it; makes me wonder if it was a 'one off' made by JCB?

What ever it is it must be quite rare and in remarkable order. No doubt the engine will be an old pig but it needs preserving.

What is the red red tick logo? Is that anything to do with its make? The wheels don't look like they have ever sported red paint and are a different style to the JCB excavators of the 60s/70s.

I don't know what this is either.
It definitely has a BMC 2.2 engine as Pete says.
The only thing I can add is that the drive axle hubs don't stick out through the wheel centre and the only dumper hubs I have worked on or
remember seeing which finish flush to the wheel like this one were on the Newage axle which was fitted to some Sanderson / Winget dumpers.
They looked nothing like dumper in the pic. though.
