ph2 gearbox

Post #1 by morrison » Thu Mar 17, 2016 9:52 pm

I have a lovely old unidentified dumper that never ever let me down, until today when the gear box turned into a BIG box of nuts and bolts, ratlting away with no drive.
Can it be fixed or can I get I repaired CHEAPLY

Darren the simple answer is to see if you take the top cover off the gearbox where the gear lever fits and have a look to see if you can spot the blindingly obvious; lots of damage equals try and replace with a second hand gearbox.

It would appear to be the transfer box.
