What's this dumper and I need this part

Hello. I have been recommended to try this forum to try and find out what dumper we have and if anyone knows where to get this part from.

Here's the dumper:

And here's the part. It is located between the gearbox output shaft and the driving axle input shaft. There are a total of 2 of them but the one we have is in an acceptable condition.
