Benford ?
My latest addition to my collection. Pretty sure it's a benford. Just waiting for Andy to confirm a year and hopefully a bit of history on it ?!?!

Re: Benford ?
Hello
I spoke to the gentleman that designed this and he tells me its an OG Dumper. They were first manufactured around 1964 with an AVA2 Engine fitted, this changed to a PH2 in approx 1969. The OG range with the High Discharge Skip came in about 1966 onwards till they went out of production in 1975 when the TS40 range took over. My colleague can only give approimate dates due to the age of the dumper but I hope this helps. He was was impressed how good the Dumper looked for its age and it even had the starting handle with it. Even at his age he remembers every dumper he ever designed or worked on at Benfords. Top bloke.
I have also attached a parts and Operators manual for this Dumper.
Regards
Andy

Re: Benford ?
Thanks for your help Andy .
I guess mine may be later in the production due to the disc brakes.
I'm afraid that's not the original starting handle . Just one I made up. It's very rusted but mostly still there. Hoping to get it going next week and will post a YouTube link to a video of it running ASAP. Thanks again .
