Orion slipping clutch

Post #1 by Andyinfrance » Sat Sep 06, 2014 7:53 pm

Hi, I have a thwaites orion dumper with a ph2 engine, problem I have is the clutch is slipping. I have stripped it down but the shoes look ok ( I believe these are truimph herald front brakes). The rod which pulls the shoes against the drum fell to pieces and I am not sure of it's assembly especially the clip around the housing, (if you have any pictures / diagrams I would welcome them). So any help would be welcomed as I am using this dumper in my restoration project.
