Benford 4 ton dumper

Hi, Does anyone know where I can get a workshop manual for a Benford 4 ton dumper?
Does anyone know anything about these dumpers?
It appears that the cold start isn't working on mine and I really need to fix it this time of year.
The symbol is on the dash for the cold start, but it doesn't come on with the ignition and can't locate a separate switch or button.
Located the heater element in the inlet manifold. This appears to be wired up, but then wiring disappears into the loom.

Perhaps you have tried , but does the ignition key have an intermediate position for the heat or even flicking the key anti clockwise?

Have you the VIN for this the Dumper so I can see if a workshop manual exists (4 Ton Dumpers are not that common). You could always ring Terex helpline on 08444 99 22 66 option 5. Lee or Alan are very helpful and may be able to answer your question over the phone.
