Tom Athertons Working Event

Hi All.
I had a great day at Tom Athertons yesterday, many thanks to Tom for showing his collection and for his hospitallity.

Nice photos,
I arrived later than expected so missed the Priestman working but the sound of the D8 pulling the 435G great, and the sun was out.

Fred was the big Traxcavator the one that belongs to SE Davis or the one that belongs to Skillings?

Thanks Mick :thumbup: I saw that machine down at Demo Expo earlier in the year; that is only one of two that I am aware of anyway, the other being the SE Davis machine.

Hi Jeremy and Mick,

I know of three 983s .
These are with S. E. Davies, Russell Seywell and Skillings.I think Skillings is the only B series machine in the country.

Yes. It belongs to Tom Atherton himself, he was driving it when I took the pics.
