I also noticed the three small tracked machines as well as a small tracked dumper.
Like Dave I'd be very interested to know what they are, not Aveling Barford calfdozers I believe.

Hello all
Just spoke to one of the Davies family,the machine is called a Stainless and was used in French vinyards.

Thanks martyn, I suppose the pully on a pole is a clue that they were for some sort of line pulling job. Could it be that the name is Strainless rather than Stainless ?

I thought Paul did a good job on Sunday of explaining how to get a stuck engine out after they got two stuck. Unfortunately my photos of the operation were poor (bad positioning for the Sun) :(
