Sad Accident

Brand new machine not been out on hire yet. The operator was only 28 with a young child and another on the way :( Its fallen across my mates Low Loader -

They have taken it to Farnborough Airport to re assemble it and test it as it may be its tolerances are set incorrectly allowing it to go over its safe radius. The manufacturer's come over from America - Apparently had to be told to go forth and multiply by the HSE bods.

RIP to the poor chap that lost his life :(

Sad and fortunate it didn't fall on the the lorry cab or anyone else .

very sad, but this one gone over backwards id say mechanical or electrical fault allowing the main boom to lower when extended, don't like this type of machine
