I've been up in those baskets before and even if it moves 2 inches I nearly cack myself - so cannot imagine how anybody felt when this thing actually fell over (except very wet 
)

OOPs looks like somebody was Stupid. with cutouts about the only way to tip it up like that is if somebody or something is added to the basket when in the air.
Interesting machines to drive especially if the wind gets up. I've had a go on a few and they can bob about abit especially the self propelled oes if driving about will elevated. You need firm and preferably flat and level ground, with a fim base as the big site ones are very heavy.
Interesting watching the position the steel errectors can thread some of the muliti section ones they use into. on some jobs they crane them up the building and clamp them to the floor below with a H frame spaning the steelwork as the building goes up
The big ones are a bit precarious with the swing radious on the back-end and have to what for Buildings and vehicles if in a tight space.
