Hymac 141b hydraulic problem

Post #1 by Hymac Damien » Thu Dec 13, 2012 6:45 am

Hi all , I have a 141b and I have put 2 new brass plates in my pumps as they got wore when I lent my neighbour my machine and he run her whilst she was low on oil . I'm having problems setting up the control valves on the pumps . Can anyone point me in the right direction . Regards Damien

Hi Damien, welcome to the site, perhaps you could enlighten us a little more about the problems you are experiencing with your machine? Were your hydraulic pumps tested for the correct output after they had been repaired?

Hi all , the pumps are working perfectly and putting up over 3500 psi but when I track forward she stalls the engine . I put 2 clocks , one on each pump and set them at 40 psi under no load but now she will do nothing . I'm not exactly sure which screw under each pump on the control does what . Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
