Atlas 360 3.4t Mini Digger with blown Isuzu 3AA1 engine

Hi all,
I am currently looking to buy the above as (apart from the engine) it's in quite good condition with nearly new rubber tracks - am I mad or should I be looking for something else?
Anyone know of a spare engine going begging?
I've had the head off and one piston has a looong delay before moving so there's definately something nasty happening down below!
The price is right for its condition but costs are going to mount for re-grinding / new bearings etc. and that's as long as the crank's good enough to be done.
The liners are near perfect so it should be good once done though.
Any help appreciated!
