JCB 801 specification

Hi All,
First post and new to this so patience please with my ignorance. Recently aquired a JCB 801.4 What is the approx. maximum weight with arm extended that I should be able to pick up? Plus having no maintenance repair manual where is the best ( and obviously the least expensive) source for one of these?

it will be around 200kg

they in thoery can lift more but on full reach its more to do with the tip over point of the digger
