Hey All,
thought you might be interested We did a bit of Line boring & rotary welding on this PC450 end of last week. 120mm holes and fitted new bushes. not a bad job

I did`nt get any pics of the actual line boring being done on my old Hitachi ZX 350,but got this pic showing the amount of stripping involved to line bore the boom base.I think my digger had about 8500 hrs on it by this time,from 6000 odd hrs onwards was when i got it for hammer duties,which wears the pin housings more.The boom was knocking side to side & up & down before the line boring,but was as good as new when i got it back afterwards

haha yea we have done fair bit of work for them at loppington but they have actually moved/moving down to preec. (not to far away) which is where that was
great pic of your machine Neil, looks in good nick compared to some machinery i have seen thats done less hours than that lol
