I just think it's a shame that youngsters can't get to have a go these days thanks to the H&S bigots!! :x

They have helped to create the massive shortage of good operators today IMO :dizzy:

your so right Nick, it,s hard for us older guys, youngsters got no way forward it seems, :( 20 years ago i would have a lad with me, dinner time he would have a drive. now no way :doh:

Thats what the plan was with me gaz, I was on a site on a playing field with only the 1 machine on site...Our boss had somehow wrangled it with the site agent that i could go out on the machine and just pull up a bit of a heap ready for the machines op to start loading out after dinner, but once again a little hitler of a h&s man turned up on site un-announced and they shit thereselves...after that i didnt get much more seat time until i got my machine.

know were the is a big job kicking off june july time nick 15 years work all new cat stuff on order 365s 740 dumpers dozers think there is 8 machines coming :thumbs_up:
