Hi Druid no mate they were manufactured at Pleck Road in Walsall although I think a couple of prototypes were built by NEI over at Ettingshall before the company was sold off to the BM Group; the only FAI machines that were Italian made was the 251, the 211 and a duck that did not sell in big numbers; the mini-diggers I only found out recently were also Italian made but not by FAI they were made by Ygry.

Here is a rare beast for you a Hymac 380 only 51 of these built; sadly but not unexpectedly this one needs plenty of TLC, somebody has done a right old bodge of a cab door, these originally had the sliding cab door.

Hi Craig that is either an 890 or a 690 my best guess would be an 890 as they were more popular than the 690.

Hi Fred I have seen that machine before; it's based on an 890 but I am not sure how many of these Hymac made? I was thinking it was probably more along the lines of 'quick fit/swap' front end equipment that Hymac once used to advocate for their machines, the idea being that you could quickly swap to whatever front end you wanted including a crane as opposed to a dedicated crane.
