Welcome to the site I am sure you will be a valuble member

Re your pics, if your pics are too big you wont be able to post them, you can use some kind off pic resizing software, or you could do as I do.....I am no computer expert myself so I just click on my photos and prepare to send them in an email this makes them small enough to post here.

I simply save them to another folder to use on the websites.

I am sure Holger will give you all much better advice !!

Hi, sorry, but I have no better advice.
You can use a software like Irfanview (http://www.irfanview.com) to easy reduce the size.

Ive just tried uploading pics of my machinery again and it still doesnt work.
So I dont see the point of being part of this group if I cant join in the fun of
exchanging pics with other members.

Maybe Il rejoin at sometime in the future.

Get us some facts:
File size i kb? (such as 458 kb, 2,8 Mb etc)
File size in pixels? (such as 1024x768, 1280x960)

And IrfanView as quite good software for image resizing and image altering. And it is free!
