Anyone advise where to buy a clutch kit for this in the uk
Machine serial no 134498
Engine serial no 4/98NT/1897/64159

Have to have the revs down to get her into gear and recently when you put your foot down on the clutch there is a heavy scrunching noise for about 5 secs and then when your moving this scrunching noise happens again
Don't want to take her apart till I know I can get new parts and price

Anyone got clutch schematic with parts description and the schematic showing the short piece of shafft between the splined shaftt and the plain shaft Have downloaded the parts manual on here but no parts description

The JCB parts website is quite handy for checking things (only in Britain at the moment), other than that Vicary Plant will likely have something. Sounds a bit like a slightly more serious noise, but don't order anything till you know what has failed. While you're there check as much as you can in the bell housing, and also the pedal cross shaft (part of Mr. MacGregor's clutch problem is due to the clutch end of the pedal cross shaft being deformed towards the front, reducing the available adjustment).

I'd suggest checking a local auto parts store for the clutch kit. They can help you find the right one based on your machine's details. As for the schematic, try an online search for your machine's model and "clutch schematic."

Have a look by googling JCB Leyland clutch.

If you're not already sorted by now...it'll likely be the flywheel pilot bearing that's worn out giving rise to the noise.
As said above,Vicary Plant or J Charnley and Sons are likely your best bet for a complete kit.
