Andy that is not the panel I am talking about I have attached a photo of the bleed valve so that you can locate it, it is to the right of the machine at the back of the cab. If you bleed this it may cure the undercarriage knock but I cannot promise you that so give this a try before you go stripping bits of the undercarriage down.
The brake merely needs correctly adjusting; the dipper stick slowness could be down to the seals inside, I assume you mean the dipper arm cylinder? I will try and post more later.
