Re: Idler roller - how much tolerance / damage is allowed?
Hi Guys,
Idler rollers are back in and nice and snug, and should move freely via the track or adjuster . A combination of slackening my rebuilt plates - double checking the fit, filing the side cheeks nice and smooth and then lots of grease in the frame. They go in lovely, one side just need a slight help from a rubber hammer, so happy that they should work OK.
Fitting the new top & bottom rollers tomorrow, then got the challenge of putting the tracks back on single handed

When you come to a fork in the road - take it

That's great John thought it was just a case of slight adjustment.
