Took a picture of this machine last week in the Plymouth area. It has either been recently restored or has done very little work since new.

Jim that certainly looks to be in a very tidy condition; perhaps its just recently had a blast with the spray gun?

Hello , found this weekend a Smalley excavator from the sixties loading a skip of the same era . I was surprised to find this UK machine in the polders of the Netherlands . Notice that Deutz skip tractor restored better than new . Have a nice day

That's an early model Smalley, I'm guessing 1967/8? In good condition with a very easy job. Should be possible to fill that skip in less than 2 minutes and only a few ccs of fuel.The prototype mini-digger!
