JCB 3C MK3 LEYLAND DIESEL CYLINDER HEAD

Could anyone assist me with the torque setting and tightening sequence for british leyland 498nt diesel engine cylinder head, and the tappet settings

Valve clearances are all 0,013 inch(0.33mm).
Torque settings for the head bolts are 100 lbf/ft or 136NM.
For tightening sequence,start in the middle and tighten one.Move to the opposite one.Then say one to the left of the first one and then across to the opposite and so on.Better to tighten them all gradually through a range of torques,up to the specified one rather than fully in one go.Hard to describe the sequence without a picture but there is a download for this engine in the download section on here.Might need more posts up first before you can access it though.
