Hi everyone,
I'm looking at doing my routine pin and bush change on my machine, however, before i bought the machine, wear had already occured in the actucally dipper due to non-greasing, which means the standard bushes are too small. Im looking for somewhere where i can have some bushes made for my size requirements in order to tighten up the dipper as best i can.
Any help will be great,
All the best,
Ashley

Re: Dipper Bushes
Hi Ashley,
You will need to have the dipper itself line bored to minimum clean up, then you can get some bushes made.
I will pm you the number of somebody who will be able to help you with this.

Re: Dipper Bushes
I recently had a couple of stick repairs to do to the bucket pin bore, the sleeve was so worn the machine shop bored it out, fitted a sleeve bored it again to take the bushes that are in the parts cat for that bore and presto but you'll def either have to get bushes made or repair the bore
