Thanks for your pics Clive.Your kit is in mint order :claphands: and I think I have seen your D7 in classic plant magazine?.Your earthworks are neat and tidy too.
As for the D8's, I have spent my brass for the year but when spring comes again I tend to get itchy feet and threaten to buy something yellow but we'll see.....
The D8K looks all there by the way.

Hey up Nicky, those two 8's have been sold along with an exceptional D5BLGP. Lost forever to Africa!

I think thats where all Cat gear ends up.I reackon he'd get deacent money for those machines. My old D6C went to Greece and is still at work on a tip. It's a 1966 model. One of my D8's went to Africa, one to Tenneriffe and there is at least one in the borders I think. The rest were broke up for spares.I also shifted the Terex scraper package to North Caroliner USA.
My current D5 came in from the German river authority initially and my D8 spent it's early life out in Dubia for McAlpines.
I'ts a funny old game.

Makes you laugh, you get some hirers moaning about a £200 haulage bill for a 50 mile trip, others think nothing of shipping it around the world. It truely is a global business.
