fencing the easy way!

Post #1 by topkit » Mon Jul 18, 2016 5:08 pm

We have got Giles Fencing in at the moment replacing large amounts of fencing that our horses have eaten and broken over the years, They have adapted a dumper for carrying timber around the place and they have also got this lovely it of kit for putting the 6ft all round 8 inch diameter posts in the ground.

Their well set up for the job I still use my old MF post driver (Australian made) old simple and punches them in quick enough for me
There has been some fancey gear made out here over the years I've seen some photos of fencing rigs made on Bren gun carriers and Blitz trucks ones that drill all the holes in the fence posts at once and then thread the barbs thru automatically

The little rubber tracked jigger would be just the thing for tight spots and steep country were you cant get with a normal tractor and post driver
