H Leverton & Co. Spalding Depot
Does anyone have any pictures of Levertons Spalding, workshop, machines, vans, management, staff etc, from any time period ?

"Levertons of Spalding" Franchised dealers for Rolls Royce, Bentley, Jaguar, Rover and Austin cars AND Austin & Dodge Commercial vehicles
Levertons started as car dealers in 1904 and continued with the car garage until 1970/71 after being bought by Unilever. Unilever did not want the car garage and so this was converted in the Training School for the Unilever CAT empire. Levertons started repairing CATs sometime in the late 20's early 30's and became Caterpillar Authorised dealers in 1935.
The Gentlemans Society is the focus of this old postcard (Of which Isaac Newton was a member) with the Leverton Car Garage to the right
