I remember this outfit when I was working in Scotland 20 years ago but for the life of I don't recall what sort of kit they had or what sort of work they did.A freind of mine is considering hiring some kit to them.Any imfo would be wellcome.

Nicky,
Their still on the go. Always been into bulk muckshifts, new trunk roads and drainage as a subbie. They have been in and out of some of the windfarms over tha last few years. At one time they had 3 brand new TS14 scapers working in the 90's....pretty unusual for a Scottish contractor. What sort of kit are they looking for ???

worked on a job beside them a couple years ago had a lot of cat gear 320cs and a325b few volvo trucks as well remember 2 320cs were about 3yars old and were absolute wrecks not a straight panel any where but the old guy on 325b kept her in good nick

they worked on the haddington bypass along side kearton

I remember R.D Keartons,they had some nice Cat 245's around Scotland for a time usually on hire to Balfours.

Almost all of there kit now is new, over the past 2 years they have bought 3 new Cat d6n's Cat 336d Cat 428e Cat 345d Cat m318 2 Cat 725s Cat 312d and 2 Terex ta 30s and 2 ta 300s
