Quarry local to me in Cumbria,looks like they're 'outsourcing' staff,two agencies,one paying £10/hr and one £7.56! for multi skilled,pc750,980 and rigid dumper drivers???????Seems like there's more agencies popping up every day trying to undercut each other the only way they can.........pay the people actually doing the work less?

same old problem, as long as people are prepared to work for almost minimum wage, they agency will have workers on the books to do the work.

Sad state of affairs Agencies,imo a load of parasites.I have worked alongside Agency workers they were never certain if they were going to get paid or if they had work the next day.
