DOWSETT

I was contacted a couple of days ago by an investigator trying to find JOHN KELLY who once worked for Dowsett. I said I would post a message here to see if anyone knew him:

"JOHN KELLY was from Waterford, Ireland. Described as quite tall with dark hair, he worked at Dowsett Engineering between 1944 and 1945 and was in charge of keeping the dump trucks serviced. He had a keen interest in greyhound racing and may have bred them himself. He was known to have visited dog tracks while employed at Dowsett. He also spoke of his intention of moving to the USA , bit it is not known if he actually went there."

Any feedback would be appreciated.

The information I have is that a long lost relative is trying to contact him.

The guy is going to be in his mid 90's, i guess, so I am sure that this is a long shot :insomnia:

Further info ref JOHN KELLY. The area of the country is Stamford, Lincolnshire. Likely to be Tallington, which was the Dow-mac base.
