They basically are the best of the best up here for any piling or specialist foundations. They are currently working on the M1 in derbyshire working on retaining wall foundations and suring up the batters with soil nail's. When they get down to the bridges near the junction i live near ill get some pictures of the equipment they are using. Currently on site they have a pair of JCB JS220LC's with soiltech 401 nail drills on the end of the arm...Pretty interesting stuff if you sit down and read more on their website.
Anyway we used them on a site in leicester as 3 and half metres below ground level is a river of silt running in between the two types of clay.... They supplied a brand new Junttan Piling hammer...i think the weight was around 55 tonnes.
