 Welcome to CMN Gregg

Saw it do a few passes at Kemble /Gloucester Steam Rally this year

To me back to the 70s when they used to fly low over SW scotland on the way in from the Irish sea.

Bet a fill up dosent come cheap as it must drink it when he goes vertical with the burner on

Unfortunately i did not have a long lens on to get a close up. :(

Hi Gregg and welcome to CMN I have heard the Vulcan engines running up at Wellsbourne airfield, this is one aeroplane that I want to see in the sky.

The Vulcan was a fantastic aircraft,it looked mean and moody and also sounded great
Liked that documentry on saving the Vulcan.I have a fair bit of video footage I took at some airshows many years ago.
You could call a Vulcan a classic machine for sure.

Thanks for the welcome, The Vulcan has been back on the display circuit for the past three years now but due to another funding crisis is unlikely to be around next year, we need to find £300K by the end of this month.

P.S. It dosen't have afterburners. :D
