Western Excavating ECC had all sorts of ABs, from the little one with the turn around seat, (OK as long as you made sure the locking pin was in right!), through to SNs both manual and powershift, and on to the "Centaur " in 25, 30 and 40 ton mode. Later we had 50 tonners from Shephard Hill, rough old things, and after that brand new 50s from the same company. Later still an all Cat policy came in.

The AB 50s in the top pic appear to be Shephard Hill items, in slightly better condition than when there was a fleet in Cornwall in the late 1980s
