Nice pic Tim. The err.......good old RH60! I remember the day it arrived, thick fog, and a host of management clinging on as it clattered to its place of work. The first step to big hydraulic excavators, I recall. It superseded a 71RB. There were a dozen of the Centaur 40s, which arrived in the early 1970s. Some had Cat engines and some GM. The Cat engined ones were very sluggish at pulling away in soft ground. The Centaurs in turn took over from a fleet of Terex R-35s, some Cummins and some GM, all with basically straight-through exhausts!

Hi tim,nice photo. I have a hundred or so pictures of imerys at lee moor which include a few shepard hill dump trucks etc etc so i will scan them and put them up as soon as i can
