haha! If you had gone into the next field over you'd have got really close to where they are tipping! How many were running? They normally only run 2 or 3 out of the 5 they have on site! Seems abit strange to have to trucks sat whilst they have a spare 80 tonner (PC800) loading A35's!

Yeah mate, there were 3 running the other two were in the yard and so was the other Hitachi :shock: not sure why its there though, u have any ideas?

probz not got a diver for it or its down for maintance! If theres no driver for it ill gladly take the saddle! haha

Is that Halls site at Kirkaldy in Fife? When I was there a couple years back the had around a dozen or so on site, being loaded with a Zaxis 870 withe Zaxis 350 coal shovel digging the seams, a 992 parked awaiting permission for an extension, and a Demag H185S face shovel for sale

No Jason its near Luke (LKezz) down South in Derbyshire very near the M1

Halls Construction Services are from Nr Durham / Darlington way IIRC Rushyford ?

Nothing sounds like a caterpillar rigid the`ve got a very distinctive noise to them. Love the pictures :thumbup:
