I just find it amazing that companys just let these older machines rot away like this
As we all know these bits of kit are not cheap, so you would think they would just sell them on or part ex them against new stuff
Just seems crazy to me

Nick,there are many yards like this.I've been in Shaw bros's yard many years ago.You could spend a day mooching about the debris.These type of men like to keep everything just in case they need some spares.The resale value of many of these bits is quite low......untill you need a bit!,then you just can't lay your hands on them.They know what they're doing even though it seems strange to you and me.
