I think Volvo took them over in the 1990's. Don't know muck about this company. I think they made dumpers and trucks as well as rollers.A bit in the Aveling Barford type of setup.

Yes Martyn, I suppose Aveling Barford is a fair parallel.
Zettlemeyer like Avelings started with steam powered rollers and were big into loading shovels as well as dump trucks.
The picture below will give you a clue who took them over before Volvo.
