Hi, Folks.
I went wandering with a friend around the back roads not far from home yesterday and found this 'pore little lost' Allis Chalmers HD6 dozer. It has a 'diseased' starter and generator and the blade rams are 'kaput' but there is some life left in the tracks and the basic machine seems pretty straight. The blade also needs a bit of work but nothing that a couple of resourceful country boys can't handle - IF I can get my grubby little lunch hooks on it.
Here are some photos of the little jigger. I've been told that it is avaialble and I have a contact name and phone number. More photos to come.
Little 'Lost' Allis.

Re: Little 'Lost' Allis. More photos.
More photos of the little 'lost' Allis, which also has a tree pusher bar fitted and there is a stick rake for it too.
You have a wonderful day. Best wishes. Deas Plant.

Re: Little 'Lost' Allis.
Hi, Folks.
I have contacted the owner of the Little 'Lost' Allis. He said he wants $5,000 Aust. for the little jigger. I don't see that sort of value in it so, unless he changes his tune to a somewhat lower note - about 3 to 3 1/2 'octaves' lower, I suspect it will continue to sit there melting away into the landscape for a while yet.
It does have a rake to replace the blade and also a rear-mounted ripper but I still don't see the dollars that he is currently asking for it. Is that what they call 'inflation'? LOL.
