You have hit the nail on the head Jeremy.
I can't see it changing anytime soon either

Saw the D8R on Monday ripping things up.Stll looks clean as it hadn't rained in the last 3 weeks.
The D8H is working into the dark for the last 3 weeks, but rain may stop playing soon.
Fuel pressure was starting to back off abit on Thursday on the 8H,so I fitted new ones on Friday afternoon after work..
It finishes at 3.3ppm on Friday's.
Backed it's arse up abit to help with the fuel flow as it was after 3.30 and low on diesal
Bowser won't come until 7am Monday,so I figured I could use a little gravity.

Still busy with 2 of the D8's.
The D8R trashed the implement pump on Tuesday night, this was it's first breakdown as such and I was away on the other D8,so between Tony Coates on the phone,Young Ian on the spanners, and great staff at Finnings (who knew what I needed better than I did) the d8 was running again on Thursday after having it's tank cleaned out and new Cat pump fitted. It has clean up filters fitted for 12 hours, then oil drained again, then normal filters fitted and replaced every couple of shifts until the look clean after being cut open.
The other D8 was serviced on Saturday and I ran around it with the big bar to pull a few loose idler bolts and a blade trunnion up.

Bit of servicing and replacing clean up filters from the hyd pump problem.
Bought one of those vacume hold grease ends.Really handy for the eq bar fittings.
Other D8 rained off now.
Could be a while.
It rained hard just after I took this pic of the 68A

New center edge fitted seriously helps in loading the box faster, and much easier on the tractor and fuel bill

Getting the bad muck out first and spreading over the tip to let it dry out.
