This dozer used to be on display in Bowmakers Cardiff.When Finning opened their new workshops in Llantrisant many years later this machine was left outside.It was restored by apprentices many years ago.I exhibited this machine at quite a few of our rallies.It is now being restored.
The blade was lowered by wheel and chain.I think it was built in the late 1920s/early 30s.
Is this the oldest Caterpillar dozer in the UK?
