We have a Facebook page "Aveling Barford Machines" giving details and a great many photos of their equipment.
We also have a substantial library of Parts and Service Manuals
We are short of a Parts list for early Calfdozers, Mk1 and MK2 .
The publication number is 1487.
Also we don't have a sales brochure for the early Dorman petrol engined machines.
We have them for the diesels, as attached.
Any help welcome..

These things always looked lethal to me,
If it fell into an excavation while backfilling the operator would be the crush zone.

Yes indeed no protection at all, would never be allowed these days.
