As you say, an accident waiting to happen. There's a similar vid of loading a Komatsu 375Ai, possibly in the same exhibition hall.

I'm no H&S buff but would have thought they would be red hot on safety at this kind of event.
No PPE, several people instructing the driver, stepping on moving forklift forks, squeezing under a live machine without speaking to the operator, forklift zipping around all over the place etc, etc - looks a right mess!
