Hello Dah,

you're right. It makes no sense at all...I've seen a Cat D9D labeled as a G, I've seen a D9G labeled as D9H. But never a NEWER series labeled as an older one. It's just...this fuel tank just do not looks right for a D11R. On the other hand, the position of the exhaust stacks looks like a D11 R.

Hi,

I wonder if there was an option on the later model R to have a larger fuel tank maybe? Unless they changed the design prior to moving to the T's?

It is a D11R made in 2007. Here's the same machine on the same site the first morning it went to work.

Defo an 11R. 7PZ

The T's have 3 bolt roller caps.

That R doesn't have the larger tank.

It is 100% A 7PZ D11R. (7PZ01679 to be exact) and a 2007 machine.

Hi Nicky,

No it originally came from foreign shores, had some work done and went out to work for around 3 year ago.
Mainly used on soil restoration work where it will move the same amount of material per hour as a RH120 and 3 x 777's.
Its down Plymouth on Rock Ripping duties.

Exhausts tell you straight away it,s a 3508 which means it,s an R,

Found a few more , also that particular area has now dropped by about 10 to 15meters.
