Skid Steer Identity

Hi, can anyone help identify this gem- make, model, etc.
On the side it says Cougar [which the Australian Cougar Dealers say it is definitely not a Cougar, which only ever came out with Kubota motors].
approximately 1980's , 2.4 Isuzu industrial diesel motor, 4 way 1600mm front bucket, chain driven wheels.
