I havent run any like the one in the lower picture but the top picture I have run quite a few of. They were very popular when the Grey markets ones came here from Japan. I have run the Komatsu, TCM, Mitsubishi, Kubota, and Yanmar versions. Before the recession I started to buy a Komatsu for my composting setup. I like them better than m yskid steer because you can dump into a larger truck without getting a face full. They are also better on the ground.
I worked for a lanscape yard a few years ago that had a Mitsubishi loader for loading mulch and compost and stone.

Hi Taylor L,
I'm thinking of buying myself a small loader like the ones you operated.
Do you prefer one type/brand over the others?
I have spent many hours in WA600/966E/988,etc...but have no time on a smaller loader.
I prefer usiing smaller machines,as the work is more interesting.
I will fit my loader with a 4 in 1.

I was able to operate something like the first pic. Hanlon & Wright uses these loaders in completing their projects.

In Germany ( and maybe rest of Europe ) sites have these small loaders like our sites would have a dumper. ( much more useful of course)
Not all those who wander are lost.
