Working Principle Of Jaw Crusher:
The strip and strip pulley are driven by a motor, and the movable jaw moves up and down via eccentric shaft. The angle between fixed jaw and movable jaw becomes smaller when the movable jaw runs down, then the materials are crushed into pieces. It will become bigger when the movable jaw runs up. The movable jaw board leaves the fixed jaw board under the action of pole and spring , then the end products come out from the crushing cavity.

Working Principle Of Cone Crusher:
When the cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric bearing bushing via spring coupling, transmission shaft and a couple of cone gear wheel. The crushing cone axis is forced to swing by the eccentric bearing bushing, which makes the mantle sometimes close to the bowl liner, and some times far away from the bowl liner. The raw materials are pressed, impacted and finally crushed in the crushing chamber.

Working Principle Of Raymond Mill:
After the materials are put into the grinding room of the main equipment, the grinding roll swings outward and presses closely upon the grinding ring due to the centrifugal force in rotation of the main shaft. The shovel carries materials to the space between the grinding roll and grinding ring, and materials are ground as the grinding roll rolls.

Working Principle Of Ball mill:
The Ball mill can be divided into lattice type and overflow type according to different beneficiation methods, and this machine is two lattice-type ball mill. The materials from the feeding fittings enter evenly to the first bin of the milling machine via the feeding hollow axis when it works. There is a ladder-like or ripple-like scaleboard in the first bin, and different specification steel balls are installed in the bin. When the cylinder rotates and produces centrifugal force, the force carries steel balls into a certain height and then makes them fall to strike and grind the materials. After coarse grinding in the first bin, the material then enters into the second bin via a single layer partition board. There is a scaleboard and steel boards in the second bin, so the materials are further ground. In the end, the powder is discharged by output material board.
Process of Crushing Plant:
The Big materials are fed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for the primary crushing. After first crushing, the material will transferred to impact crusher or cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crush; the crushed materials will then transferred to vibrating screen for separating. After being separated, the parts that can meet standard will be taken away as final products, while the other parts will be returned to impact crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to customer’s specific requirement(Stone crusher machine). We can also equip dust catcher system to protect environment.
