Mini Crusher hire

Post #1 by Belston3 » Sat Jan 12, 2013 5:00 pm

Hi , does anyone know where i can get a mini crusher hire in and around Ayrshire , Scotland ?
i'm demolishing a house to build a new one, plus i've tore up an old farm yard and have a fair bit of concrete to crush,
looking on crushing everything to re-use it as bottoming .
Whats the going rate for a mini crusher ? daily ?

Cheers .

I am sure there is a guy around Ayr with one. There used to be an advert in the Scottish Farmer under contractors. Either that or try Jock McNae Agricultural agents, they may know who has it.

Not sure if this guy still has this crusher but it maybe what you re looking for. This may have been the guy advertising in the SF.

If you have a lot more material, at least a weeks work for a full size crusher & suitable access then we maybe interested.

Hi Tracshovel,

thanks for the info, i'll give him a bell , although his looks a big crusher compared to what i've seen on the internet as mini crushers !
going by the size of the JB-Black Construction crusher, it would probably be a one day job for him, so depending the daily rate,
this might be the way forward .

Cheers .
