Excellent pic's Micko, I was also there yesterday and today during my lunch break watching the Ex1200 at work but I've not got a lens hood for my lens and with the rain coming down I decided to leave the camera in the bag! Hopefully Thursday is supposed to be dry so i'll be there with the camera!

I know what I'd like for my bit 
The driver is going to bring some pics over and I'll post them up. I think there's an old tower block about 22 storey's to come down, and then another behind it sometime later 
Thompsons of Prudhoe seem to have the job and hired the 1200.

Which buildings are getting pulled down in Gateshead? I am on a training course tomorrow at Team Valley and have a day off work on Friday to do some digger perving!!!!!!!!!!

St Bedes Drive, off Chandless Street, right by the A167. Its a tower block with a sun roof!
